The Good Life Boutique Return Policy:
- We accept returns for a full refund if postmarked within 7 calendar days of being delivered to you. 

- We accept returns for store credit postmarked within 8 - 14 calendar days of being delivered to you.

We do NOT accept any returns after 14 days of delivery. If we receive an return after 14 days, we can donate it to charity or the customer can pay to have it shipped back to them.

- We offer free shipping to you, so the customer is required to pay shipping on return item(s) unless the return was due to an error on our end. 

- All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes: clearance and sale items ending in $0.99, any item that use a coupon code for 25%+ off their purchase, and any items that include the name *Final Sale* in their title. 

- Sale items that are eligible for a return are: Daily Deals and items that used a discount of 20% or less.

- All accessories are final sale. These items include but are not limited to: jewelry, hats, watch bands, sunglasses, and bags. 

- Any final sale item that is returned will be donated to a local charity. If requested, it can be shipped back at the customer’s expense. 

- If item(s) are broken, damaged or appear to be washed/worn, including, but not limited to stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, makeup, cigarette smoke and perfume, no credit may be issued. Item(s) may be returned at the customer's expense.

- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements and can be returned to the customer at their own expense. 

- If an item is defective you have 7 business days to communicate with us. After 7 business days, we are no longer responsible for a defective item. Tags must still be on the item and it needs to be in new condition for a full refund. 

Processing Time
We work as quickly as possible to get refunds and store credit processed, but please understand this process can take up to two weeks from the time the return was delivered to us.
